What's a buy zone?
What are buy zones?
A buy zone can be initiated with either a buy order for a long position, or a sell order for a short position. The entry point is usually a component of a predetermined trading strategy for minimizing investment risk and removing the emotion from trading decisions.
What are buy rules?
A buy rule consists of one or more conditions that are used within a strategy to establish either a long or short trade in the selected market. For example, a buy rule might be used to identify and confirm the start of a trend, or a change in the market, or a particular price pattern.
What are exit rules?
An exit rule consists of one or more conditions that are used to close out a long or short trade that was established by a
previous entry rule. For example, if any entry rule was used to establish a long trade at start of an up trend, you might include an exit rule that closes the trade when the trend reverses. It's also quite common to include other exit rules to capture profits/and or to protect against unexpected loses.
How are buy or exits determined?
We use our knowledge based on experience to recognice certain paterns and algorithms to determine the
